Where It Comes From

The Sirloin Tip Steak is cut from the round primal, near the rear of the cow. While it’s leaner than some cuts, it’s still flavorful and tender when cooked properly.

Cooking Notes

Don’t overthink it—this cut shines with a simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, then let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin against the grain.
