Where It Comes From
The maple sausage is made in-house using pork trim from our pasture-raised pigs, seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and real maple syrup. The English muffins are fresh-baked by Dam Good, an artisan bakery in Peekskill, New York, using wild-cultured sourdough. Our eggs come from hens raised on pasture with room to roam and forage, and the cheddar is made with milk from 100% grass-fed cows.
Cooking Notes
Slice the muffins and toast until golden. Shape the maple sausage into patties and pan-fry until browned and sizzling.
