This patty is made from the same whole-animal beef trim we use in all our ground blends, with the addition of smoked beef navel, cured in-house and made from our pasture-raised cattle. That means all the flavor of bacon, with none of the pork.
Cooking Notes
Cook these patties the same way you would a great burger—grilled or pan-seared over medium-high heat. Let the fat from the beef bacon render and crisp the edges, and you’ll get a patty that’s rich, juicy, and loaded with real, smoky depth. No toppings required—but we won’t stop you.
