Where It Comes From

Each cut in this box is sourced from 100% grass-fed beef and pasture-raised hogs—pork from the loin, beef from the rib and short loin—raised on small, regenerative farms on the East Coast. The spice blends are crafted by Curio Spice Co., using sustainably sourced ingredients with a focus on flavor, freshness, and transparency.

Cooking Notes

Sear the steaks and chops over high heat and finish gently to your desired doneness. Let the meat rest, slice against the grain. Use the Curio spice blend as a dry rub, or a final flourish folded into a compound butter. These cuts don’t need much—just a good pan, a little salt, and the kind of spice that complements good meat.
