Made with 100% Walden pork and a vibrant blend of Gochugaru chilies, black garlic, honey, scallion, ginger, and sea salt, it’s a flavor bomb inspired by Korean bulgogi, crafted in partnership with our friends at Curio Spice Co. in Cambridge, MA.

We use trim from whole muscle cuts—the same high-quality pork that goes into our chops and roasts—sourced from local farms across the East Coast. That means no fillers—just clean, pasture-raised pork from animals raised the Walden way.
