All the flavor of our heritage turkey, in a smaller centerpiece. Our bone-in turkey breast comes from regeneratively raised heritage birds raised on pasture by farmers here in the Northeast. Heritage genetics and a slower, more natural growing cycle create richer flavor, firmer texture, and juicy, satisfying white meat that stands apart from the conventional bird. Perfect for smaller gatherings, easier holiday hosting, or anyone who prefers white meat and wants plenty of it without cooking a whole turkey. Delivered frozen to your door to preserve freshness and quality. 10-12 lbs.

Where It Comes From

The breast is the large, lean white-meat section from the front of the turkey. This bone-in cut includes the breast meat and rib bones, which help protect the meat and add flavor as it cooks.

Cooking Notes

Roast gently and avoid overcooking—turkey breast is naturally lean. Cooking it bone-in helps retain moisture and gives you a more flavorful result. For the juiciest texture, roast until the thickest part of the breast reaches 160–165°F, then rest for 15–20 minutes before carving. A simple brush of butter or olive oil, salt, and herbs is all it needs.
