16-18 lb Turkey
Our new heritage breed turkeys are regeneratively raised on pasture by farmers here in the Northeast, with a focus on healthy land, healthy animals, and exceptional flavor. Heritage genetics and a slower, more natural growing cycle create a bird with richer taste, firmer texture, and noticeably more character than the conventional turkey most of us grew up eating. It’s our most flavorful turkey yet—and a centerpiece worthy of the holiday table. Delivered frozen to your door to preserve freshness and quality. 16.0–18.0 lbs.

Lots of Add-Ons!
Where It Comes From
The whole bird—breast, legs, thighs, wings, and all. Keeping it whole gives you a mix of tender white meat and richer dark meat, with the bones and skin helping build flavor as it roasts.
Cooking Notes
Roast low and steady, and give the bird plenty of time to rest before carving. Because heritage turkeys tend to be leaner and more muscular than conventional birds, they cook more quickly and benefit from a little extra care to avoid drying out the breast before the dark meat is ready. A coating of butter or olive oil, plenty of salt, and a few simple herbs goes a long way. Roast until the breast reaches about 160–165°F and the thigh reaches 170–175°F, then rest for 20–30 minutes before carving.
