Half Beef Brisket

Delicious smoked, braised or boiled, brisket meat is best prepared by slow cooking over low heat to tenderize the connective tissues. While it traditionally stars in Texas BBQ and Irish corned beef, it is also a great center piece for a family dinner and will produce leftovers that can be added to stir fry, casseroles, or even as toppings for pizzas and nachos! ~3-9lbs.
